As part of preparations for Industry Week 2025, Nathalie Prouhèze, Deputy Secretary General of the Loire Prefecture in France, visited our Dervaux subsidiary based in the region. She was accompanied by school principals, representatives from the Departmental Directorate for Employment, Labor, and Solidarity (DDETS), and the Union of Metallurgy Industries and Trades (UIMM).

This meeting was an opportunity for Dervaux to share its expertise, initiatives, and daily challenges in order to give school principals a practical overview of the local industrial sector. They will now be able to inform their students about the career opportunities available and invite them to discover the Sicame Group and its three local subsidiaries (Dervaux, Dervaux Distribution, and Dervasil).

Essential for improving vocational training in response to the specific needs of the sector, we appreciate the commitment of local institutions to supporting industrial dynamism, which accounts for one in six jobs in the Loire region.
