On the occasion of Mental Health Day, Sicame Group organized virtual reality experiences to raise employee awareness of mental health issues in the workplace. With a VR headset on their eyes, employees were able to slip into the shoes of several characters experiencing difficulties at work: a manager under pressure, an employee, a child. This immersive experience was followed by a time of discussion with the speakers, to learn how to recognize and adopt the right reflexes when faced with sensitive or complex situations in the workplace.

Through this initiative, Sicame Group affirms its commitment to the well-being of its employees at work, and its desire to work towards a better balance between professional and personal life.
