Our subsidiary Sicame India, based near Chennai in India, has received the prestigious Platinum Award for workplace management systems from the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) for the third consecutive year!

It all began in 2022, when the teams committed to implementing rigorous workplace and organizational management practices.

Maintaining consistency has been a challenge successfully met by Sicame India. Through dedicated areas in the factory, rigorous 5S audits, and effective distribution of responsibilities, the subsidiary has fostered a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Sicame India has reduced its waste by 50% since 2022 and continues to find creative ways to reuse materials. It is expanding the factory while remaining committed to the quality, efficiency, and sustainability that characterize the sector.

The subsidiary also participated in external competitions organized by the QCFI and the National Institute of Quality and Reliability in 2025, winning 8 gold medals and 2 silver medals.

These awards are a testament to Sicame Group's commitment to excellence in quality and the dedication of our teams to creating a safe and efficient working environment.
