Once again this year, Sicame Group, which is strongly committed to a more inclusive workplace, participated in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH).

Employees from various French subsidiaries were able to participate in awareness-raising workshops organized by T pas cap, a communications consulting agency.

Through scenarios depicting real-life situations faced by people with disabilities in the workplace, employees were able to grasp the challenges involved and understand how to respond appropriately.

As part of the week, Mecatraction, a Group subsidiary based in Pompadour, also participated in DuoDay, an event organized by the Clairvivre ESAT (Work Assistance Service), allowing people with disabilities to explore the company’s various professions.
