Mecatraction, a subsidiary of Sicame Group based in Corrèze, France, has demonstrated its commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities by receiving the "Recognition Trophy", awarded by the "Différent et compétent" collective.

This award, created in 2020, highlights partnerships between companies and ESATs (establishments or services providing support through work), with the aim of promoting the integration of disabled workers and enabling them to develop officially recognised skills.

The subsidiary received the award at a ceremony in Bergerac, France, in December, underlining its commitment to working closely with the sheltered employment sector.
