Our subsidiary Hydel, based in Ontario, Canada, organized a “Unified Leadership: Warm-up” session dedicated to raising awareness about intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants were encouraged to reflect on and discuss the topic together, with the goal of fostering more inclusive behaviors, particularly in the workplace.

We also supported the 2026 Provincial School Championships in collaboration with Special Olympics Ontario, an organization working to improve the lives of people with intellectual disabilities, which Hydel had already supported last year through a partnership and a donation. The competition brought together more than 1,100 student athletes and teachers to celebrate the benefits of inclusive sports.
