To better ensure the health and safety of its workshop staff, the Group’s German subsidiary has modernised its dust collection and extraction system, which replaces two old equipment items. This new system purifies the air in the production areas by eliminating toxic elements (dust, gas) that can affect the respiratory tract.
It extracts, collects and filters dust from mixing systems as well as gases produced in filling and mixing stations of components. An integrated activated carbon filter neutralises odours so that fresh, purified air can be reinjected into the production hall. A fully automatic and pneumatic self-cleaning system allows a long service life and reduced operating costs. The equipment is also more powerful to meet the extensions of filling systems and its low consumption allows energy savings.
