In line with Sicame Group’s commitment to occupational health and safety, our Dervaux subsidiary, based in the Loire region of France, organized a week-long initiative to mark World Day for safety and health at work.

To strengthen our safety culture and encourage good habits in daily work, activities designed to raise awareness of these topics in a practical, engaging, and context-appropriate way were offered to employees.

Several highlights marked the event:

• a risk hunt, helping employees identify risky situations and suggest improvements,
• a muscle-awareness workshop, featuring exercises to promote proper body mechanics and prevent musculoskeletal disorders,
• virtual reality simulations to visualize risky situations.

This initiative provided valuable feedback from the field, identified areas for improvement, and strengthened our commitment to health and safety across the Group.
