To mark SEEPH (European week for the employment of people with disabilities) from November 20 to 26, several Sicame Group subsidiaries took part in DuoDay, welcoming people with disabilities and forming duos with volunteer employees. The goal? Create an exchange between the employee, who presents their working environment and profession, and the visitor, who introduces the latter to their professional assets and qualities.

During the day, the Seifel subsidiary was also visited by judoka Hélios Latchoumanaya, a Paralympic athlete supported by the Endowment Fund, who shared his experience with the teams.

This initiative reflects our desire to raise awareness of the need to welcome people with disabilities into the workplace, to overcome prejudice and change the way people look at disability.
