In response to the snowfall in December in Aveyron, in south-west France, staff at Dervaux Distribution, a subsidiary of Sicame Group based in the Loire region, sprang into action at the request of Enedis, one of the Group’s major clients. Helping to repair the damaged high-voltage power lines, the teams demonstrated great responsiveness during this emergency over the festive season. In just 24 hours, the subsidiary put together an on-call team and then worked for 10 days to restore service as quickly as possible.
