In 2025, Seifel participated in condominium trade shows in Toulouse, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Nice, and Montpellier to increase its visibility among stakeholders in the multi-family housing sector and to support market developments related to the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure (EVCI) in condominiums.

These events provided a strategic opportunity to meet key industry influencers—condominium management companies, engineering firms, electrical installers, and property managers—who are directly involved in the challenges of electrifying building parking lots. This on-the-ground presence allowed us to promote our expertise and highlight our solutions specifically designed to address the technical constraints of installations in common areas.

On this occasion, Seifel, a Sicame Group subsidiary based in Saint-Malo (France), showcased its product lines:

• OPTIbox, which facilitates the implementation of charging infrastructure in condominiums through ready-to-install electrical enclosures, ensuring the security and management of charging points in shared environments
• OPTIpark, which enables power distribution in parking garages and the supply of multiple charging stations, while ensuring the scalability of installations for pre-installation or phased deployment projects.
