Sicame Group, world leader in products and services related to transport and distribution of electrical energy, renewables, electromobility, safety equipment and industrial applications, confirms its ambition to grow its Service division with the acquisition of the British company: Electrical Safety UK Holdings Ltd.
Created in 2004 and located in Rotherham, close to Sheffield, Electrical Safety UK is specialized in providing a variety of services like training, consultancy and electrical system studies, including arc-flash studies, for the professional management of electrical safety.
Its broad customer base includes multinational companies in the electrical sector and also from other various industries. Thanks to its recognized expertise and the quality of the services provided, Electrical Safety UK has grown into a key player in several countries inside and outside of Europe.
For the Group, this acquisition will not only strengthen its presence in the British market, but it will also be a valuable addition to the Service division offering. It will help increase the Group’s technical expertise, accelerate the worldwide expansion of the global portfolio of services, and provide access to a much larger customer base.
For Electrical Safety UK, joining Sicame Group is an opportunity to get access to a large international network of partners and subsidiaries, and therefore get access to a wider range of customers in multiple countries.
